2026 Annual General Meeting Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Canberra City Stallions Basketball Incorporated will be held on:
Date: Sunday, 18 October 2026
Time: 6:30pm
Location: Emmaus Christian School (Gym)
The Annual General Meeting is being held in accordance with the Constitution of Canberra City Stallions Basketball Incorporated.
Business of the Meeting
The business of the Annual General Meeting will include:

Confirmation of the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting;

Presentation of the President's Report;
-
Presentation of the Treasurer's Report and financial statements;
-
Election of Committee members;
-
Consideration of any other business properly brought before the meeting; and
-
Any other business permitted under the Club's Constitution.
Committee Nominations
Nominations are invited from eligible members for election to the Committee of Canberra City Stallions Basketball Incorporated at the 2026 Annual General Meeting. The Committee consists of the following positions:

President

Vice President
-
Secretary
-
Treasurer
-
Up to three Ordinary Committee Members
Nominations must be submitted in accordance with the Club's Constitution.

Members interested in contributing to the ongoing development and governance of the Club are encouraged to nominate.
Attendance
Club members are encouraged to attend the AGM and participate in the meeting. Voting entitlements are determined by the Club's Constitution.
